Not ICE, it never freezes in downtown San Diego. This sidewalk gets slippery from rainwater. In the first scene, the Van's sneakers are spaced 10 feet apart. In the second scene, the Van's are 15 feet apart, and people can only guess how far the slide would have continued if not for the "real concrete" which stopped the slide immediately. After seeing this video, is anyone safe using crutches on this sidewalk? This sidewalk is made of, "Enameled pebbles... Not classy."
